We are currently looking for volunteers to help with matching up people for regular check-in calls, especially for senior singles living alone. If you would like to be part of the buddy system, either as needing a buddy or volunteering to become a buddy, please reply to this email.
You can open it in MS Word and add information on your computer or print it and fill it out by hand.
Put the worksheet in a plastic cover of some kind and tape it on the refrigerator or the back of your front door, where anyone coming to help you will find it. Tell your buddy where it is located.
You can also provide a copy to a friend or buddy if you wish.
